Return & Exchange Instructions


When returning an order, we ask that you follow our easy return/exchange instructions. This will ensure that your shipment is handled promptly and correctly. For a return authorization, please call our Customer service department at 1-888-704-7666 Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or email at customerservice@groomers.com

Returns:

  1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and returned in "as purchased" condition.
  2. Please fill out all sections of the return form located on the back of your invoice and enclose it with your shipment.
  3. Returned merchandise should be shipped via FedEx or Insured Parcel Post to:

  4. All payments made with a personal check, money order or on an open account will be refunded via by check via USPS.

Exchanges:

You can exchange an item for a variety of reasons including:
  • You would like to receive an exact duplicate item in a different color, size or style.
  • Your package arrived defective, the wrong item was sent, or was missing from the box.
  • Your item has not arrived within 16 working days of the date it was shipped (excludes drop ships and special order items).
To make an exchange, please follow the return instructions as indicated in returns section. Items to be exchanged for another item must be clearly indicated on your return form. Your credit card may be charged for items exchanged at a higher value. To minimize delays with your exchange, please enclose the remittance balance for the difference in price of exchanged item (s).
