Item Availability
The products shown on our online and printed catalogs are in stock and available. When an item is no longer available, it will be removed from the web site as soon as possible. If your order includes one or more items no longer available, your credit card will not be charged for these,
and you will be notified by email or phone.
To keep our prices low, and to offer you the best possible deals, some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These products are usually drop-shipped within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of your order, but because they are not leaving our warehouse, delivery may take 10 - 15 working days. If by chance your order has several items that are on back order at the same time, we also will hold these back ordered items to ship together in one order.
