Oversized Freight Policy
Items that are "freight on board" must be shipped via truck. You will also occasionally come across the comment - This item ships FedEx Oversize. This signifies that FedEx classifies these products as a package where the dimension of the box is significantly greater than the actual weight and therefore charges a dimensional weight for these products. These packages are over 84" - 108" in length and girth combined and FedEx charges an "oversize" 30 lb. rate for these packages, even though they may weigh significantly less than the dimensional weight. If a package is 109"-130" in length and girth combined, FedEx charges an "oversize" package rate of 70 lbs. even if the item weighs much less than 70 lbs. Items marked as FedEx oversized are excluded from our Free Freight Policy.
