I have 3 Bichons and I have found this to be the best way to bath them. It saves on shampoo, takes half the time to bath them and cleanse them right down to the skin gently. I use the cream rinse first to wet down my thick coated bichon then shampoo and cream rinse again then do a clear water rinse and she has very few knots when I blow dry her. FANTASTIC AND EASY GROOMING FINALLY ! Worth every penny. My dogs are finally starting to enjoy there bath time.
