I found this locally and use it on my labs when they are blowing their undercoat which they do twice a year on average. I take them outside, do a thorough rake of the coat and most of the dreaded fluffies are left in the rake, not on my carpets! Great after a bath as well.

This rake is the BEST brush for breeds that shed. German Shepards, Collies, Corgies, Labs, Goldens, anything! It thins the coat, making the dog look sleek.

Gone are the days of stoning and endless stripping! If you are the owner of a dog that requires this type of grooming than the OSTER is for you! I bought both the Furminator and Oster. By far, the Oster did a much better job. What used to take me an hour now takes mere minutes. Get the Oster! You won't regret it!

These rakes are GREAT !! It was nice to find a competitor to Coat King. Very similar so save your money, guys !! The only thing is that it can be like you keep going and going, getting more and more hair out, when in fact you are balding the coat... thinning it out TOO much. I did this on a Collie. Just be careful. A furminator tool works well without balding as much after getting out all the matts and heavy undercoat.

I have a yellow lab and didn't realize how much they shed. These rakes are great!! They get so much hair with even just one stroke. I filled a whole bag full with hair the first time I used it. They are very durable and will probably never need to be replaced Highly recommmend!!
