Oster finishing clippers, 11/13/2009

I've owned my Oster finishing clippers for over 10 years; they are now needing a new blade. The clippers are quiet, easy to handle having great balance, but most importantly my Schnauzers are compfortable when clipping around their ears and feet. I highly recommend this finishing clipper to all groomers, professional or home-doers like me!!!!

Used mine for years, 12/16/2008

I love this. I am a groomer and use this for noses on Shih Tzu the most. I also breed Shih Tzu and use it on puppy butts. It works great. Mine is about 10 years old and still going strong. You do have to replace the blade about every 50 dogs or so. This works much better than the battery ones. The blades move much faster and so there is less chance of cutting the dog sensitive skin.

oster finisher clipper, 12/20/2007

The clipper came free when we ordered a larger clipper. It comes with a 40 blade, and I cant find a larger replacement blade. The 40 blade is too small and burns the dogs. I like the size and heft of the clipper, would just like a larger blade for it!

I have only used this clipper 4 times in 2 years. It clogs, gets dull, you name it, the clipper is high maintenance and I bought it for poodle faces. It has performed below par.
