Great Shampoo, 4/3/2011

Our dog has had a itching problem since she was little. I've checked with the vet and no reason why-she's just an itchy dog. This shampoo controls the itch. It lathers great,leaves her coat smelling nice(not like perfume!) and silky. It's also very economical to use. A little goes a long way. It's our only shampoo!

BiPi-Gi's Pet Grooming loves this product. We used it for the first time this week and coats came out beautiful, and easy to manage, dogs skin was clean, not irritated, and flake free. As a Master Groomer I can highly reccomend Therapet Oatmeal shampoo

This shampoo does a great job at leaving the dogs hair shiny and healthy looking .. it is so clean smelling and they dont have that wet-dog smell after bathing them in this shampoo. It also helps with scratching and other skin iriitations. Thanks for the great product. Barb

Made my dog itch, 7/15/2006

I had used this shampoo on my dog since I got him. For months, I thought he was suffering from food allergies because he was constantly scratching. He would scratch his ears until little bald spots appeared. I switched to Tropiclean OxyMed, not because I suspected the Therapet shampoo was the cause of the itching, but because I liked the smell of the Tropiclean better. Well, my dog has not scratched since! The fur on his ears grew back immediately. Not only was this shampoo not helping the itching, it seemed to have been causing it! I'm staying away from this product from now on.

only outmeal shampoo i found that really lifts dirt and flacks off of animals coat, and stops them from itching. owners know right away if their pet was bathed in somethingelse. but it does require more rinsing timeand will leave a powdery residue
