Shipping
& Handling Charges are based on the weight, dimensions and destination of
each order. To determine the exact Shipping & Handling charges for your
order, call 1-888-704-7666 to talk to one of our Call Center Associates or
visit www.groomers.com, where you can
place the items into your cart and enter your zip code to get your exact
charges. For orders under $100, there is a $9.95 processing fee.
Oversized Freight Policy
Items that
are F.O.B. must be shipped via truck. A star (*) next to an item number
signifies that it is a FedEx “oversized” item. Such packages are 84” – 108” in
length and girth combined. FedEx charges a default 30 pound rate for these
packages, regardless of actual weight. For packages measuring 109” – 130” in
length and girth combined, FedEx charges a default 70 pound rate, regardless of
actual weight. The above mentioned items
are excluded from our Free Freight Policy.
Free Freight Policy
We want to
deliver what you need, for less! That’s why, on your orders of $249 or more, we
will pay one-half of your shipping costs. Have an order that totals $499 or
more? We’ll pay all of your shipping costs!*
*This offer excludes plastic and
wire crates, dryers, tubs, grooming tables, 5 gallon shampoos, items marked
Motor Freight and FedEx oversized items.

Backorder Policy
Although we
have the best in-stock rate in the industry, the popularity of certain products
may render them temporarily out of stock. Groomers.com will only accept
backorders on items of $15 or more.
